The Role
• Lead kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Blend traditional Persian flavors with modern techniques and plating.
• Source high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen staff.
Requirements
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an upscale or high-volume kitchen.
• Deep understanding of Persian flavors and contemporary culinary trends.
• Strong team management and financial tracking skills.
