Pastry Assistant
Lulu is a mission-driven restaurant founded by American food activist and restaurateur, Alice Waters and renowned Chef, David Tanis. We engage in sustainable practices in every step of the process from how we source food, dispose of waste, design our space, to the way we pay our employees.
The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with an eagerness to learn from our pastry chef. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires multi-tasking and an adaptable, solution-oriented mindset. We are looking for someone with a minimum one year of experience, which can include culinary school.
Teamwork is essential in our kitchen and restaurant as a whole. We pride ourselves on checking our ego at the door and lifting each other up.
