What You’ll Do

As the Dental Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the hygiene department running efficiently and providing a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and managing dental hygiene appointments
• Communicating effectively with patients regarding treatments, care plans, and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management software
• Assisting in reactivating patients who are due or overdue for care
• Supporting the front desk and clinical team as needed
• Ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for all patients

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in dental office administration or hygiene coordination preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive, patient-centered attitude with professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn and grow within the practice

Work Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:40 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, training day

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, preferably in a hygiene coordinator role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in dental practice management software
• Knowledge of dental procedures and patient care
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
