Graphic Designer – Your Job Duties
You will own the design and production of marketing materials that support brokers, listings, and brand presence. You will:

• Design brochures, offering memorandums, flyers, and marketing collateral for commercial real estate listings
• Create email campaigns and digital marketing assets (Mailchimp, Metricool and similar platforms)
• Develop visually compelling presentations and reports that translate data into clear graphics
• Edit and enhance property photos
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact deliverables
• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager and brokers to execute design requests and revisions
• Synthesize technical property and market information into clean, engaging layouts
• Maintain organized files, templates, and design systems for efficient production

Graphic Designer – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
• Creative horsepower to create layout-heavy documents and marketing collateral
• Technical know how in typography, layout, alignment, and content-rich design work
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• High level of accuracy and consistency when working within brand standards
• Solid image editing capabilities using Photoshop
• A portfolio you are proud of (that will provide prior to your interview)

• Exposure to commercial real estate, property marketing, or B2B environments
• Familiarity with WordPress or website content updates
