General Admin Clerk

Fast growing company located in the high desert is looking for a general admin clerk to hire as soon as possible. Candidate must be proficient in Excel (testing will be required) type 40+ words per minute, be adaptable and have a great attitude. Candidate must also be able to handle non-routine assignments in addition to normal duties in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable asking for assistance with any task assigned. Candidate needs to be able to work in a busy area without becoming distracted by other employees. Some required job functions are entry level in nature; however, other functions require great attention to detail. Proper reading and writing skills are needed. Candidate must have a great deal of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information; scan documents; have alphabetical filing skills; assist with manager meeting event planning; ability to adapt easily to change; and other duties as required. Candidate must also have a reliable vehicle. Occasional overtime may be required.

Candidate must also be able to work effectively with differing personality types to help in maintaining an enjoyable and up-building work environment. This position involves sitting the majority of the time, but will also include periods of bending, stooping, standing and walking. Lifting of no more than 15 pounds may be required on occasion. Candidate must also have extremely well-trained telephone and communication skills and have the ability to deal effectively and politely with customers, employees and field personnel. Individual selected must have a willing attitude with great initiative and follow through.

Individual must be able to pass drug and background checks. Company offers medical, dental and vision benefits, company paid life insurance policy, along with six (6) paid holidays, two (2) weeks paid vacation and 5 days of sick leave. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
