Accounts Receivable Specialist | Manufacturing

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional for an onsite, Temp-to-Hire opportunity with an established manufacturing client in the Greater Ontario, CA area .

Pay: $25–$27/hr DOE
Location: Greater Ontario, CA
Temp-to-Hire | Onsite

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices for parts, equipment, and service orders
• Apply customer payments to invoices and appropriate GL accounts
• Process daily bank deposits and credit card payments
• Prepare and distribute monthly AR statements
• Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve customer account questions
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and fax
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
• Work collaboratively across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing industry experience — MUST HAVE
• Bilingual English/Spanish — MUST HAVE
• High school diploma required; Associate Degree in Accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Made2Manage (M2M) experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with accounting systems, calculators, and business software
