Visual Content Quality Analyst

Top Global Tech Company Seeking Visual Content Evaluator for AI content Fully remote W2 Portfolio of visual and advertising related work required A new initiative is underway to support the integration of AI-generated image and video creatives into a digital advertising platform. This role is part of a high-impact effort focused on reviewing and improving the quality of AI-generated ad content. You'll help ensure that these creatives meet high standards for visual fidelity, clarity, and effectiveness across various formats and platforms. The project is short-term to start, with potential for future opportunities on other teams and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Review and curate large datasets of AI-generated images and videos for ad campaigns + Conduct secondary fidelity audits to ensure style consistency and quality + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop evaluation guidelines and benchmark criteria + Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and visual quality + Provide feedback and recommendations to improve model performance + Participate in internal testing and feedback sessions + Support prompt engineering efforts to challenge and refine model capabilities Ideal Background : + Strong foundation in visual arts, design, photography, videography, and advertising + Expertise in graphic design, typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling + Experience in video production and cinematography (lighting, framing, pacing) + Ability to assess photorealism and distinguish between real and AI-generated content + Familiarity with computer vision concepts (object detection, image classification, facial recognition) + Understanding of social media ad platforms and best practices + Critical eye for text legibility, visual hierarchy, and ad effectiveness + Formal education or equivalent training in design or related fields Why Join? + Be part of a cutting-edge initiative shaping the future of AI-generated advertising + Work alongside top creatives and technologists in a fast-paced, high-impact environment + Great opportunity to pivot into other projects and teams + Strong performance may lead to longer-term opportunities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
