Senior Product Manager
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Remote)

The Cut+Dry founders and executive team have a background uniquely suited to attack this complicated problem. Consisting of lifelong Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, the leaders have built and exited multiple startups and possess deep domain expertise in the restaurant and food supply chain business. They have sold previous startups to one of the world’s largest food distributors.
Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely but also meet in person occasionally with Bay Area co-workers. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the foodservice industry. This role will be primarily focused on building products and services that help foodservice manufacturers and distributors increase sales of their products through data-driven insights, targeted marketing services, and optimized merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both e-commerce and advertising technology (ads tech), helping us drive growth and monetization strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with Cut+Dry's vision and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future development.
- Agile Leadership: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in e-commerce and advertising technology (ads tech).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the foodservice industry is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- AI Curiosity & Prototyping: Comfort or curiosity in leveraging new AI tools for rapid prototyping, exploration, and vibe coding to accelerate product discovery and experimentation.
