Attorney | Rideshare and Uninsured Litigation | Hybrid | 148643
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership
- 1–5+ years of civil litigation defense experience preferred
- Experience with rideshare, auto, or UM/UIM litigation preferred
- Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with litigation teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000–$200,000 depending on experience
