This is a leadership-level install role for someone who takes ownership of the job from start to finish.

You won’t be babysat. You won’t be micromanaged.

You’ll be trusted to lead installs at a high standard and expected to execute at that level every time.

You’ll be the one setting the tone on site.

• Leading full residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Installing systems including:
• Gas/electric split systems
• Package units
• Heat pumps
• Ductwork
• Ductless mini-splits
• Floor and wall furnaces
• Ensuring every job meets AirTech’s quality and safety standards—no shortcuts
• Communicating clearly with customers and team members
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional at all times
• Representing craftsmanship, pride, and accountability on every install
• Working within a team that expects consistency, ownership, and excellence

This is for you if:

• You have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience and can run full systems independently
• You’ve become the “go-to guy” on jobs—but haven’t been fully challenged or developed
• You’re tired of disorganized teams, low standards, or lack of accountability

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
• Ability to run complete installations independently
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
• Ability to read and communicate clearly in English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
