Pixona seamlessly integrates with every ATS and automates the recruiting workflow for recruiters and hiring managers. As we scale, our small but mighty team is looking for a 10x AI/ML co-founder who can help us grow correctly and help make us into the next multi-billion dollar company. Our co-founders have 18+ years at Google between them.

Role Overview:

Join us as a co-founder AI/ML engineer and help deliver a revolutionary generative AI Agent and Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Technology Strategy and Execution: Define and lead the startup's technology strategy, selecting the right architecture, tools, and processes to transform our vision into a functioning reality.
• Product Development Leadership: Spearhead rapid prototyping and product iterations to refine product-market fit and meet customer demands effectively.
• Team Development: Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier engineering talent globally as our organization grows, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD advantageous.
• Professional Experience: 8-15 years in a relevant role, with substantial experience in startup environments and a track record of successful projects. Experience at OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepmind etc would be great.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AI and ML. Experience with AI/ML models, deep learning, and NLP is essential.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
• Passion for AI: A genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI technology to drive change.
