• Experience in transforming large datasets into compelling narratives through data visualization for professional and executive presentations.
• Ability to serve as a thought leader on the Future of Work, shaping, directing, and providing feedback to a technical team on data analysis and research methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Individual pay within the range is influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share specific salary details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Connect and collaborate with top academics and thought leaders across disciplines.
• Translate complex technical findings and large datasets into clear narratives with visualizations for professional and executive audiences.
• Develop and execute a cross-disciplinary research plan addressing complex questions, integrating insights from labor economics, psychology, human-technology interaction, industry trends, and best practices.
• Innovate and deliver insights rapidly, using various methods to provide unique perspectives for people and workforce strategies. Lead experimentation with new insight techniques.
• Define and frame the research agenda, identifying trends and translating them into actionable people strategies.
