- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources, including student information systems, online platforms, and event feedback.
- Analyse trends related to student enrolment, academic performance, and programme participation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities for improving our educational programmes and operational efficiency through data analysis.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data through regular validation and quality control processes.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SPSS) and database languages (e.g., SQL).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
- A genuine interest in the education sector and an appreciation for the mission of IOK would be advantageous.
