About the Role:

In this role, you will be working to deliver working AI products to our customers. You can expect to contribute to the cutting edge of both AI agents and data technologies as we help our customers become more effective at their jobs. We are a mature team with well-established agile principles, good infrastructural health, and the opportunity to work with LLMs with tools. Come join the ground floor of a new product as we start to find out what works when it comes to customers using data-aware AI.

The base compensation range for this position is: $154,000 - $210,000

What you'll be doing:

• Applying the latest AI technologies (such as agents) to use traditional data stores and warehouses.


• Writing React UI and CSS to build interactive applications.


• Writing Terraform as necessary to stand up new backend infrastructure.


• Writing Java SpringBoot API to interact with other microservices.


• Taking part in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

What we're looking for:

• Motivated individuals that are excited about the latest advancements in agents and “AI with tools”.


• Individuals who are comfortable and capable at delivering both UI and backend code.


• An engineering mindset that prioritizes delivering working product highest (following principles such as test-driven development and CI/CD).


• Someone who thinks with a product mindset, and who cares about the end experience that customers receive.

MAJOR PLUS : Individuals who contribute to open source.
