Job Details

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lift/material handling equipment sales
• At least 3 years of experience managing sales professionals
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive regional sales growth, exceed targets, and develop high-performing teams
• Comfortable with regular regional travel
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and manage the regional business plan and sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Drive profitable sales of new, used, and rental lift equipment across assigned territories
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development for field and inside sales teams
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and inventory planning to meet financial goals
• Act as primary liaison with manufacturers and vendors to maintain competitive pricing and product knowledge
• Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
• Conduct performance reviews, recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent within the region
• Lead customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and pricing packages
