A leading general contractor seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a major refinery site.
Ideal for someone with:
Technical refining background
Strong project & team management experience
Proven leadership in safety, scheduling, and client coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee field teams, safety compliance, and daily operations
- Manage multiple projects, foremen, and union staff
- Build strong client relationships & drive project performance
- Monitor budgets, tools, billing, and quality control
- Lead training, evaluations, and workforce development
Requirements:
- 10+ years technical oil & gas experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
