Key Responsibilities: -Service Coordination: Open, manage, and track work orders for the shop ensuring accuracy in parts and labor notes. -Workflow Management: Assist the Shop Manager in assigning tasks and dispatching jobs to diesel technicians. -Customer Support: Answer incoming phone calls, greet clients, and provide professional updates on vehicle status. -Administrative Support: Keep the shop office running smoothly by managing paperwork, maintaining service files, and assisting with day-to-day clerical duties.
