Key Responsibilities: -Service Coordination: Open, manage, and track work orders for the shop ensuring accuracy in parts and labor notes. -Workflow Management: Assist the Shop Manager in assigning tasks and dispatching jobs to diesel technicians. -Customer Support: Answer incoming phone calls, greet clients, and provide professional updates on vehicle status. -Administrative Support: Keep the shop office running smoothly by managing paperwork, maintaining service files, and assisting with day-to-day clerical duties. What We Are Looking For: -Shop Familiarity: Prior experience working in an automotive, diesel, or industrial shop environment is highly preferred. -Strong Communication: Ability to hold your own and communicate clearly with mechanics, vendors, and clients alike. -Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer databases, service management software, and handling basic data entry. -Reliability & Grit: A dependable professional who shows up on time, takes initiative, and
