Sales Representative

We are seeking candidates with an interest in advancing their career in sales, possess superior communication / interpersonal skills, can see the "bigger" picture, and most importantlydemonstrate an enthusiasm in helping customers solve everyday challenges through the use of intelligent metadata leveraging Machine Learning and AI technologies.

- Manage incoming leads as well as prospect new customers and nurture channel/partner relationships
- Communicate with customers, determine customer needs, explain product functionality and benefits, create quotes, and close deals
- Document all opportunities, activities, and pipeline in our CRM as changes occur
- Meet regularly with product and development teams to stay current on enhancements and expand product knowledge
- Be on the "front-lines", relay any information that may be of value to the team be it best practices, new features, competitive pressures, etc.
- Hit and exceed sales targets
- 3-5+ years outbound sales experience (preferred) with quota accountability
- Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud technology and SaaS solutions
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- High technical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Experience with managing accounts, opportunities, and activities in a CRM such as Salesforce.com
- Love working in a team environment
