Job Title: Client Manager

Job Overview: As a Client Manager at SPS, you will play a pivotal role in managing our customer service teams across multiple locations. You will ensure that we not only meet but exceed our service level agreements, maintaining SPS's standards of excellence. Your role will focus on managing client relationships, overseeing P&Ls, and leading multiple levels of staff within the specified geographic territory. This position requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery across multiple sites ensuring adherence to our high standards and contractual commitments.
  • Oversee the operations of teams providing services such as reception, concierge, mail, and administrative support.
  • Regularly assess and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with operational, safety, and HR guidelines.
  • Develop and mentor front-line managers and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
  • Engage in strategic planning and financial management to ensure profitability and growth within the client accounts.

Physical Demands:

Travel Requirements:

  • Some travel required (up to 25%).
