Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and clear communication across shifts
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery steps

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in California
• Valid BLS/CPR certification is preferred
• Prior experience in medical/surgical or outpatient settings is a plus
• Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical nursing skills including patient monitoring, medication administration, and treatment documentation
• Knowledge of electronic health records and medical terminology
• Understanding of safety protocols and infection control
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and care teams
• Effective verbal and written communication
