Digital Marketing Manager
This isn't your typical "manage the website" role. This is for the digital marketer who sees AI tooling explode across the industry and thinks, "Cute, but I can build something better." Someone who architects marketing systems the way our product engineers architect AI — with precision, innovation, and just enough rebellious creativity to push boundaries.
You'll take ownership of our digital infrastructure and evolve it into something that makes other marketers (and honestly, probably our own product team) a little jealous. Think automation workflows that automate the automation, personalization engines that make our prospects think we’ve overheard their conversations, and campaign orchestration so smooth it feels like cheating.
Our product engineers are building genuinely groundbreaking AI, which means the bar for "impressive" is pretty high around here. But if you're the kind of marketer who gets energized by that challenge rather than intimidated by it—this might be the most fun you'll have at work.
What You Will Do:As Digital Marketing Manager, your focus will be to take full ownership of our existing systems—website, CMS, martech, and automation stack—and drive a step-function improvement in how they power our campaigns and operations. You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth Marketing, VP of Marketing, and CEO to evolve our tooling, introduce AI-based efficiencies, and ensure everything is built to scale with where marketing is headed next.
Martech, Automation & AI
- Manage and guide the development of our library of AI agents
- Work with and be the liaison with the GTM engineer to develop next gen AI materials
- Translate AI needs into technical requirements for GTM engineer
- Leverage AI to build smart automations, enhance personalization, and scale internal operations
- Serve as marketing admin for HubSpot, OpenAI and GPT-based tools (Clay, Tofu, etc.)
- Architect and maintain marketing tech workflows and integrations
- Continuously test and evaluate emerging martech tools and AI agents to uncover new opportunities and enhance marketing performance
- Collaborate with RevOps and IT to ensure clean data flow and stack alignment
- Serve as Stampli’s point of contact for martech systems
- Own Stampli.com infrastructure including hosting, CMS, uptime monitoring, and site architecture
- Manage digital agency relationships and website vendor contracts
- Execute A/B tests and implement CRO strategies to optimize conversion performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate deliverables across agencies, content, growth, and RevOps
- Support campaign implementation and digital experience delivery
- Maintain internal documentation for all marketing ops and tooling
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related roles
- Deep experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing environment (e.g., GPT-based agents, Clay, Tofu)
- Familiar with A/B testing frameworks, CRO principles, and campaign tracking
- Strong technical acumen—you thrive in systems, workflows, and automation
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI startups
- Familiarity with tools like Segment, Google Tag Manager, or WP Engine
- Background in web development or marketing analytics
- The flexibility of working from our Mountain View, CA office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

The compensation range for this position is $124,000 to $134,000 and equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
