Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and self-driven Product Manager Intern to join our team. This three-month full time internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while working on real projects for DataVisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing clear technical documentation, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of various technical product training materials such as user guide, knowledge sharing videos, website assets, and more.
- Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new projects for sales enablement, customer education, and community building.
- Help update and maintain product documentation quality and consistency across all delivery channels.
- Assist in the production design process by performing market research.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product education and help content delivery.
- BS or MS new graduate with a major in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in product management.
- Work closely with experienced professionals in the field.
