Maintenance Worker
Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Facility Sergeant, duties include maintaining the overall maintenance of the facility interior, exterior, parking lots, walkways, fueling stations and landscaped areas located within the perimeter of the Area's property lines. Performing routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery. Maintaining the Area's landscape by trimming, pruning, watering, removing weeds and debris, maintaining and repairing sprinklers, valves, and irrigation systems. Assist the Area's Automotive Technician by maintaining fleet cleanliness, transporting fleet vehicles to and from repair facilities and assisting with minor repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles.

Working Conditions
This position works a maximum of 120 hours per month.
Special Requirements
- The position(s) require(s) a valid California Drivers License (CDL). You must answer the questions addressing your CDL on your application. Ensure you provide your CDL number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions.
