Sr. Financial Systems Analyst (D365)

- Liaison with Microsoft’s support team and escalate issues as needed
- Handle confidential financial, operational, and proprietary data with the utmost discretion, including regular audits, user access reviews, and incident response to maintain system integrity
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and optimize D365 F&O processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal downtime in a dynamic operational environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, physics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other technical discipline
- 4+ years of combined work experience as a developer, business systems analyst or product manager, with at least 2 of those years in a finance or supply chain domain

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or structure
- Experience working in fast paced development environments in a compliant manner (consistent track record of “innovation with caution”)
- Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to create original and creative solutions
- Experience building robust testing plans and familiarity with change management best practices
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
