Personal Assistant (Orange County)

Our client, in the mission-driven research and content space, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a Founder-level executive. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly dynamic, dual-purpose role that blends executive support with hands-on ownership of both office and household operations.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven—someone who naturally anticipates needs, stays several steps ahead, and takes full responsibility for keeping everything running smoothly. This person will play a key role in ensuring the executive’s time, environment, and day-to-day operations are seamless, structured, and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal and administrative support to the principal
• Manage transportation, appointments, and daily schedules
• Maintain orderly, clean, and well-functioning home and office environments
• Handle errands, shopping, deliveries, returns, and general logistics
• Prepare simple meals and manage groceries and household supplies
• Organize physical and digital systems, including storage, calendars, and reminders
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and routine maintenance
• Support travel logistics, including packing and unpacking
• Track recurring tasks and ensure consistent follow-through
• Assist with preparation and support for meetings, events, and external engagements
