One Fair Wage is a national organization working to raise wages and end subminimum wages nationwide by mobilizing low-wage worker voters in support of One Fair Wage, engaging ‘high road’ employers and conscientious consumers in support of One Fair Wage, and producing research, books, films and television to help shift the narrative on these issues. We are looking to hire an energetic, committed individual in a part-time position to provide administrative support to the executive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the Executive team in the following:

Executive Functions

• Manage the President’s email, social media, and other communications
• Support President and Executive Team with scheduling, booking travel, and other support functions
• Support Executive Team with note taking and other administrative functions at meetings and in-person gatherings
• Support the Development Team with funder and donor communications
• Support the whole management team with coordination and administration
• Other responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Computer savvy
• Experience with tech tools including G-Suite, Notion, Monday.com, Canva
• Undergraduate degree
• Excellent Writing Skills, Grant Writing Skills are a plus
• Understanding of community/labor organizing
• Demonstrated commitment to racial, social, and economic justice
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Restaurant industry experience a major plus

Salary and Benefits
This role is hybrid in California. Compensation for this role is $20 per hour for 20 hours a week for a part time position or $60-$70,000 depending on experience for a full time position.
