Regional Clinic Director

Job description:

West Coast Wound and Skin Care seeks an experienced Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple wound care clinics throughout Central and Southern California based out of our Burbank office.

Duties
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple wound care clinics
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to office managers and staff members
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management in a regional or multi-clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of managed care, utilization management, and medical terminology
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of practice management systems and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Ability to travel within the region as needed

Salary

$90,000-$100,000 DOE
