Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.To improve patient care and patient satisfaction, a new employee can help the doctor see more patients, reducing wait times and increasing patient access and patient care.
Responsibilities
Take vitals and room patients
Assist during medical procedures
Request and obtain necessary clinical documents for patients' chart
Organize examination rooms
May assist in verifying patient insurance, assist with voicemail and returns calls accordingly
Communicate with providers, staff and patients.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience, preferred
Medical Assistant diploma required
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Must have experience with Medical Terminology - reading and writing skills
Ability to multi-task a fast-paced work environment
What is expected of you and others at this level
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
Works on basic and routine assignments
Selects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
Work is closely managed and follows detailed instructions
Seeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor
Anticipated hourly range: $21.00 per hour - $27.83 per hour
