Manufacturing / Production Engineer (Entry-Level, Mandarin Required)

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on early-career engineer to support manufacturing operations in a dynamic production environment. This role focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day line performance, addressing issues as they arise, and contributing to overall process efficiency.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working directly on the production floor, solving problems in real time, and collaborating with both local teams and overseas engineering groups, particularly in Taiwan.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and supporting daily manufacturing operations to ensure consistent production output
• Diagnose and resolve issues encountered on the production line to reduce disruptions
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, product quality, and throughput
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to address and resolve operational concerns
• Support the creation and revision of process documentation and work instructions (SOPs)
• Participate in new product builds and production ramp-up activities (NPI)
• Coordinate with engineering teams in Taiwan to maintain alignment and facilitate effective communication

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering , or a related discipline
• Up to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Exposure to assembly processes, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is a plus
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
