What You’ll Do:

As our Action Station Cook , you are the face of our culinary team. You won’t just be prepping food; you’ll be creating an experience.

• Perform Under Pressure: Execute high-volume, made-to-order dishes (think stir-fry, street tacos, or custom pasta) directly in front of guests.
• Engage & Entertain: Provide exceptional "dinner and a show" service, answering guest questions about ingredients and techniques with flair.
• Master the Setup: Own your station from start to finish—from the initial mise en place to the final wipe-down.
• Quality Control: Ensure every plate leaving your station is visually stunning and seasoned to perfection.
• Stay Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and "stage-ready" workspace at all times.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Skill: Proven experience in high-volume professional kitchens. You know your way around a knife and a sauté pan.
• The Spark: A "guest-first" mentality. You enjoy interacting with people and can handle custom requests with grace.

• The Standard: A deep understanding of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe certification is a huge plus).
