Salary: $70,000 $125,000+ per year (Base + Commission/Bonus + Growth Potential)

Position Overview

The State Farm Agent Aspirant role is a leadership-track position designed to prepare you for agency ownership. Youll work side-by-side with Agent Alex Mora and his Team to learn all aspects of operating a successful agency from sales and marketing to business management and team leadership.

This position is ideal for ambitious professionals who are ready to grow into a leadership or ownership role while earning competitive pay and building long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Cross-sell multiple lines of insurance and financial service products
• Lead and support team members to meet agency goals
• Manage sales performance, customer service, and retention
• Participate in State Farms Agent Aspirant Program for career development
• Represent the agency through networking and community involvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, leadership, or business development (insurance preferred)
• Must hold or be willing to obtain California Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); Must be fluent in Spanish
• Must be able to work full time in office Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Hourly pay based on experience & performance plus commissions/bonus; Estimated $70,000$125,000+
