Automotive BDC Agent / Customer Care Specialist
Competitive Pay: $19 – $26 per hour (experience determines rate)

You’ll primarily focus on BDC (Business Development Center) responsibilities, but you’ll also step in to assist with cashiering and customer service tasks when needed. Job Summary
As a BDC Agent, your main mission is to connect with customers, build trust, and schedule appointments that drive traffic to our showroom and service department. You’ll handle calls, texts, emails, and online leads, all while mastering Nissan and Mazda product knowledge. On top of that, you’ll support the dealership team with cashiering and administrative tasks, giving you exposure to multiple areas of the business. This is a full-time opportunity that includes some evenings and Saturdays. You’ll work closely with sales, service, and management, making this role an exciting stepping-stone toward opportunities in Sales, Service, Parts, Office Administration, or Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
BDC / Sales Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm - Respond promptly to internet, email, and text leads using dealership processes - Answer questions on vehicle availability, features, and dealership services - Build strong product knowledge of Nissan and Mazda vehicles - Schedule qualified sales and service appointments - Accurately log all customer interactions in Eleads, CDK, Dealerlogix, XTime, and Vollie - Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, past customers, and service clients - Consistently achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting goals
Customer Service / Cashiering
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival - Accurately process customer payments for service, sales, and parts - Answer and route incoming calls from the dealership’s main line - Provide light administrative and customer support as needed
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems; MS Office familiarity is a plus - High-energy, positive attitude with a passion for customer care - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Reliable, punctual, and a true team player - High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Previous automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience - CRM experience with Eleads, CDK, Dealerlogix, XTime, or Vollie - Bilingual (Spanish highly desirable) - Cashiering or cash-handling experience
