Your Role Specialty Areas:

Supply Chain Managers enjoy making tremendous impacts on our supply chain end-to-end. Your workdays are bound to be dynamic, and your ability to deal with various supply challenges will be put to the test! As you grow your skills, you'll drive our rigorous systems and become an expert at many aspects of business operations. The colleagues you will interact with are likely to span various disciplines such as Manufacturing, QA, IT, and Sales. Your responsibilities to assure supply of P&G products will have a direct impact on sales & company growth!

There are a variety of responsibilities you could have as a Supply Chain Manager. The work may entail some of the following:

• Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply
• Enabling the launch of new products to the market
• Ensuring freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads
• Optimizing inventory at P&G's warehouses and distribution centers
• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply
• Designing and utilizing digital and automation tools to drive scale and work simplification
• Forecasting customer demand
• Partnering with retail customers to ensure on-shelf availability of P&G products
• Developing breakthrough innovations that strategically differentiate P&G from our market competition

Job Qualifications

What We are Looking for:

A Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Other Business Administration or Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a degree with relevant experience

Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills

Problem solving via innovation & creativity

Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85-$115K

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
