Bilingual Production Supervisor– Sheet Metal Fabrication

-Location: Santa Ana, CA

-Pay: $70-90k/year DOE

-Schedule: 2nd shift Full-Time

*Must have sheet metal fabrication experience and be bilingual (English & Spanish)

-We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in fabrication, production scheduling, and team development. This position is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring quality, meeting production deadlines, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

-Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, production flow, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience reading blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, improve productivity, and meet production deadlines.
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing software is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead daily production activities in a sheet metal fabrication environment.
• Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor work orders, labor utilization, and production priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop production employees while promoting a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and planning teams to achieve operational goals.
• Track production performance and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure accurate labor reporting and production documentation.
