Transportation Staff
- Position: Transportation Staff

- Duration of Contract: New School Year 202526
- Safely transport students to and from school field trips and other designated locations
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during transit
- Assist students entering and exiting vehicles including those with special needs
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of transportation vehicles
- Follow established routes and schedules while adhering to traffic and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with school staff parents and administrators regarding transportation needs or issues
- Report any incidents mechanical issues or delays promptly
- Support students in maintaining respectful and safe behavior during transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California drivers license; commercial drivers license (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience reliability and a commitment to safety
- Ability to follow directions and maintain professionalism under all circumstances
