Demand Generation Manager
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI by refining targeting, ad copy, and landing page testing.
Google Tag Management: Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and data collection for analytics.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Full-Funnel Marketing Forecasting: Develop models to forecast lead generation, pipeline contributions, and conversion metrics at every stage of the marketing funnel.
Email Campaigns: Lead the development and optimization of email templates, nurture sequences, and targeted campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
HubSpot Management: Act as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing workflows, lead scoring, automation, email campaigns, and ensuring the accuracy of the database.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align on messaging, goals, and performance metrics.
A/B Testing: Regularly conduct A/B tests across various marketing channels to improve overall effectiveness.
Budget Oversight: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends in inbound marketing, digital strategies, and industry best practices. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a portfolio of previous work to showcase your results.
A track record of driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences through oral, written, and presentation formats.
Advanced analytical skills and experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
A creative mindset with a knack for developing innovative strategies to engage target audiences.
A proactive and performance-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technical tools as they become available. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the legal or SaaS industries is a plus.
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
