Paid Social Coordinator

Job Summary

Bloom Ads is growing, and were looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Coordinator to support our Paid Social team in executing high-performing, data-driven campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and platform tools while supporting client deliverables and internal collaboration.

This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Assist in campaign setup, QA, asset trafficking, and scheduling to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  • Maintain creative trackers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure asset specs, timelines, and approvals are met.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs; flag any issues to the Paid Social Specialist or supervisor.
  • Compile performance data, support report creation, and help prepare insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on trends, ad formats, and platform updates to inform campaign strategy.
  • Help manage influencer/creator partnerships, including asset collection and tracking deliverables.
  • Participate in internal meetings, capturing notes, tasks, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.
  • Assist with documentation and improvement of paid social workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, analytics, and account teams to support campaign success.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Experience in advertising, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or other paid social platforms is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of paid media KPIs, targeting strategies, and social platform dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation Range


$40,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
