Requirements/Responsibilities Dining Room Manager / Floor Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the customer experience
• Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all FOH staff
• Develop & introduce beverage ideas, recipes and menu items
• Ensure high level of health, safety and alcohol control at all times throughout all bar areas
• Inventory control and ordering alcohol, other drinks products and supplies
• Work Scheduling
• Trained to operate all P.O.S. functions
• High School diploma, College degree preferred, but not necessary
• Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position
• Trained in customer service, labor scheduling, inventories, cost controls and employee training
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours
• Available to work 50-55 hours a week
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Command of the English language
• Basic computer skills
• Strong people skills
