Mechanical Estimator - Plumbing/hvac
Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator position in Southern CA
We are currently looking for a Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator to fill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating.
Responsibilities for the Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator
- Build Conceptual, Design-Build and Plan-Spec Estimates for Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC departments and approve final Estimates
- Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects
- Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Plumbing, Piping and HVAC Estimators
Requirements for the Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Estimator
- 5+ years of experience
- Extensive Estimating experience
- Extensive Plumbing, Piping and HVAC knowledge
- Plan & Specifications and Design/Build project experience
