Project Supervisor - Accounts Payable (Anaconda, MT)

Responsibilities:
- Supervises - under the overall direction of the Chief Financial Officer and the Risk/Cash Management Manager - the Accounts Payable and Representative Payee Divisions.
- Coordinates a variety of fiscal investigatory and management functions.
- Provide supervisor and and CFO direct compliance reports and financial information as it regards the Accounts Payable and Representative Payee Divisions.
- Monitor expenses and operations
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with cost recovery and monitoring payments.
- The Aware Project Supervisor must have excellent skills in organization, grant accounting, research and investigation skills.
Requirements
Talents, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and representative payee systems, accounting methods, analytical skills, as well as a working knowledge of office procedures and practices and machine skills
- Requires 10-key, typing, excel spreadsheet experience, word processing skills and the abilities to work accurately with details, to perform calculations and record data accurately and timely.
- Requires the abilities to work effectively with the staff, management, the public and corporate personnel to maintain appropriate work habits, such as organizational skills, punctuality, responsiveness to supervision, and responsibility to job duties.
- BA/BS Degree in a Business Administration related field is required. An equivalency may be considered if the work history is direct employment experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of financial accounting, accounts payable and/or computer experience is also required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervision experience is preferred.
