## About the Role

We are hiring for a unique Virtual Assistant role designed for candidates with a strong, assertive, take-charge personality.

This position is not a traditional administrative assistant role. Our clients are busy, high-pressure professionals who need more than basic scheduling support. They need firm accountability, direct communication, and someone who can confidently keep them on track.

As a **Counter Coach**, you will act as a structured accountability partner and digital authority figure. Your role is to challenge clients, push them to follow through, and maintain clear expectations through video, text, and task-based communication.

The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and comfortable speaking with authority while remaining professional and respectful.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct accountability support to busy executives and professionals
* Communicate with clients through video, chat, and written updates
* Help clients stay focused, disciplined, and on schedule
* Follow up on tasks, deadlines, routines, and commitments
* Use a firm, confident communication style to challenge excuses and encourage action
* Maintain professionalism, discretion, and strong boundaries at all times
* Support basic virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, reminders, organization, and follow-ups

## Compensation
