Sales Support Specialist
- Develop the capability to quote all assigned products for the market Business Line served globally, in alignment with go-to-market strategy and service level requirements.
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Review incoming requests from the filtering team and/or directly from customers, including technical and commercial specifications and documentation.
- Calculate pricing and discounts utilizing approved processes and price lists.
- Coordinate with the appropriate costing/pricing authority when products or special adders fall outside standard price lists.
- Provide solutions or offer alternatives that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations on time, exceeding customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, field sales personnel, and other stakeholders regarding orders, inquiries, and related activities.
