0800 - Administration - RCPB - RECEPTIONIST B
- Greeting the public and answering telephone calls.
- Assists staff and the public by answering questions, giving appropriate information.
- Routes all calls and walk-ins to appropriate personnel.
- Takes and delivers messages.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with entering invoices and matching paperwork.
- Keeps updated labor allocation sheet daily.
- Closes the reception area at the end of the day.
- Monitors the use of all office equipment and calls for repairs and order supplies as needed.
- Performs light janitorial duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and training
The Receptionist must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Requirements
- Basic Knowledge of office equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional demeanor and phone etiquette.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
