Technical Sourcer, Manufacturing Engineering Recruiting
Tesla is looking for a technical sourcer to recruit for the Semi, Model 3 & Y Powertrain, and Energy Manufacturing Engineering organizations. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the “machine that builds the machine.” Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at one of the manufacturing facilities that we support (Brookshire, TX; Tahoe/Reno, NV; Buffalo, NY; Lathrop, CA. If you live in the Bay area, Fremont, CA location is also an option). What You'll Do Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop an intimate understanding of the business and their open rolesDevelop sourcing strategies and talent mapping to effectively build a robust pipeline of diverse and qualified candidatesTake a data-driven approach to calibrate sourcing strategy and business expectations as neededIdentify, attract, and assess top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Partner with recruiters to provide updates to the business and senior leadershipProvide an excellent candidate interview experience What You'll Bring 1+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience recruiting Hardware Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Construction Engineers, or Skilled Trades is preferred, but other high volume, technical recruitment experience will be considered Proven background in using creative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and difficult rolesAbility to create and maintain a healthy relationship across all functions of the companyAbility to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines Benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
