High Caliber Custom Homes has been the standard for excellence in the Fresno/Clovis area for 19 years. As our founder prepares for retirement over the next 3–5 years, we aren't just hiring a supervisor—we are identifying our future leader .

This is a rare Succession Track role. You will start as a Senior Construction Supervisor to master our craft and standards, transition into the General Manager role to run the business, and ultimately earn the opportunity to take over ownership of a respected, turnkey firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Field Leadership: Oversee multiple custom builds from groundbreaking to handover.
• System Optimization: Implement and manage AI-driven project management tools to improve scheduling, communication, and cost-tracking.
• Schedule & Budget Mastery: Keep projects moving profitably and on time through rigorous oversight.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary professional contact for homeowners, providing high-level updates and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Residential Construction (Custom Home experience preferred).
• Tech Forward: Proven ability to incorporate AI tools and modern software into business systems to improve efficiency.
• Education: Degree in Construction Management or Architecture preferred; extensive field leadership is highly valued.
• The Essentials: Valid CA Driver’s License, clean record. Bilingual (Spanish)is a significant plus.
