About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Brand Strategist who understands today's market, youth culture, consumer behavior, and the evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder to develop and execute Sevelle West's long-term brand and growth strategy.
• Shape brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all marketing channels and product launches.
• Lead influencer, creator, ambassador, and partnership initiatives that drive measurable growth and brand awareness.
• Research and secure quality venues and partners for influencer events, brand activations, and community experiences.
• Identify emerging consumer trends, youth culture, and market opportunities to keep Sevelle West ahead of the competition.
• Develop strategic marketing campaigns that increase user acquisition, engagement, retention, and community growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, market data, and consumer behavior to optimize strategy and improve results.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure a consistent and scalable brand experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, consumer marketing, growth marketing, or brand leadership.
• Proven track record of building, repositioning, or scaling a consumer technology, lifestyle, or social platform.
• Demonstrated success developing brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that produced measurable business growth.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumer behavior, youth culture, digital communities, and emerging market trends.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns, product launches, or strategic initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience using market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence founders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating across product, design, engineering, and marketing organizations.
