Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes Assemble, install, alter plumbing systems
• Install water heating systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Installing copper, cast iron, and PVC/CPVC pipes, along with drain, sewer, and gas lines
• Utilizing hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric threaders as well as hand threaders to thread pipe

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in plumbing with minimum 3 years of experience
• Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
• E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
• Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
