Barista Shift Supervisor
Montecito, CA Caffe Luxxe is looking for experienced baristas and team leaders. Third wave/specialty coffee. Competitive rates for talented and experienced individuals with the desire to grow and thrive within our organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:- Experienced Baristas and Shift Supervisors ($19.50-$20/hr DOE + tips + benefits).
- Once fully trained, senior baristas will average $28-32 per hour (hourly+ tips).

- Minimum 1-year specialty coffee experience.
- Minimum 1-year supervisor experience.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company.
- With positive motivation and aptitude, we will be happy to train you in a management career or to work in different parts of our company as well.
- The position requires 28-30 hours per week, and you must be flexible to work shifts any day of the week.
