Commercial Marketing Attorney (San Francisco)

The Position
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking attorneys to provide part-time ad hoc legal support. For this Commercial Marketing Retailrole, the ideal candidate will have experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of agreements including: marketing agency SOWs, sponsorship, photo/video production, retail merchandising, wholesale & distributor terms, and pop up / event activation contracts.

This is expected to be an on-going relationship with a targeted start date in late-September. The client is looking for support during normal Pacific Time Zone business hours. We anticipate an average of 50 hours/month with fluctuation based on availability and need.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be $98. This range is an estimate; an employees compensation will be based on the employees qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
