Esta es una oportunidad de tiempo completo dentro de nuestros equipos de operaciones. El operario será un miembro clave del equipo para brindar un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes. Este puesto forma parte de un esfuerzo colaborativo para alcanzar y superar la satisfacción del cliente..

Responsabilidades claves

• Representar profesionalmente a Allied Landscape en todas las actividades.
• Realizar el trabajo con un alto compromiso con la SEGURIDAD y la EFICIENCIA.
• Habilidad de instalar, mantener y reparar sistemas de riego.
• Habilidad de diagnosticar y solucionar problemas, garantizando la eficiencia de los sistemas y el cumplimiento de la normativa hidrica.
• Habilidad de excavar zanjas o agujeros manualmente para reparar sistemas de riego.
• Trabajar en equipo y ser servicial y cortés con los clientes.

Cualificaciones | Habilidades

• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, establecer prioridades y cumplir con todas las asignaciones relacionadas con los clientes y la empresa.
• Conocimiento básico del uso de equipos y herramientas.
• Capacidad para comprender y comunicarse eficazmente con el gerente y los miembros del equipo.
• Capacidad para levantar 50 lbs con frecuencia durante una jornada laboral de 8 horas.
• Capacidad para trabajar en diversas posiciones, incluyendo, entre otras, agachado, de pie, inclinado, sentado, de rodillas y en cuclillas.

Condiciones de trabajo

El puesto se desarrolla principalmente al aire libre, expuesto a diferentes temperaturas, condiciones climáticas y niveles de ruido, exposición a polvo, productos químicos, pesticidas, herbicidas, grasas, aceites, polvo y humos.

Position Summary

This is a full-time opportunity within our Irrigation team. The Irrigation Repair Technician will be a key member of the team in order to provide a high-quality service to our customers. This role is part of a collaborative effort to meet and exceed client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Allied Landscape in all activities
• Perform work with high commitment to: SAFETY and EFFICIENCY
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
• Ability to diagnose and fix issues, ensuring systems are efficient and compliant with water regulations.
• Ability to trench / hand dig holes to repair irrigation systems.
• Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers.

Qualifications | Skills

• Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and follow-thru on all assignments related to clients and company.
• Basic knowledge of equipment and tool use
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate with manager and crewmembers
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout an 8 hour work day.
• Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting.

Working Conditions

The position primarily works outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions and noise levels, exposure to dust, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, grease, oils, dust, and fumes
